SHIPPING

Shipping is £3.95 for the UK - if you are based in Europe or elsewhere and would like to purchase an item, please get in touch for postage costs.

If you purchase an item from the online store, it will be posted within 3 days of your order.

If you have ordered a piece to be made specially, then I will be in touch to let you know when your piece is ready and on its way.

RETURNS

I really want all my customers to be happy with their purchases as I put a whole lot of time and love into each piece!

However, if you do have any problems, please use the contact form, or email me and I will try my best to resolve the issue.

If the item is unworn and undamaged, but does not fit or is not to your liking, use the contact form to arrange to return the item. Once the item is received, if the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, I will refund the purchase price.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds on bespoke and made to order items as they will have been made to your measurements and preferences.
